S C Demers is a composer who intensely listens to the sounds heard daily in the environment. Music has been an important part of his life from the beginning. Having been strongly influenced by Jazz, Classical and Electronic music one can hear those influences in all that he has done. He continues to listen as much different music as possible, including music of different cultures and different aesthetics. Still, he fearlessly explores many different musical worlds.
